It matters because the stock is directly affected by the actions of management. That should be of concern regardless of share positions. There's only a little objective analysis here. Given the affect of the rs, and the previously mentioned points, how does anyone not see the ongoing issues on shareholder value? It should matter as the returns on investments are at present nowhere near what most expected, especially after the time and capital locked up? Furthermore, assuming that everything is all good now and sizeable roi is inevitable is beyond reason. I expected more as most others did. Complacent dismissive attitudes on shareholders sentiments is about as simpleton as it gets.

Couldn’t have happened soon enough. Glad that’s over. Might have to deal with bit of short term pain but anyone who’s been in this stock a while has had to deal with plenty of that lol. Fundamentals are there aren’t gonna get valued trading on OTC. Hopefully S1 registration out in the next month or so. If they pull off the uplist could be in the next 3-6 months. I could surely handle that. She’s all about the multiples and with this tiny share structure could definitely take off nice.

A word of caution, Brodey......nothing is gained if you're tossed in I-Hub jail for an extended period. It might be wise to tamper things down a bit, especially since you're already limited to just one post per day.

Yep. Retailers are always last to know but there's enough info to connect the dots. Hopium is a nasty pill in the markets. Best to evaluate on what's been the historical past here. It's a good flip stock, depending on your buy points.

To many skeletons in the closet imo. The filings at a key break out clearly indicated they didn't want watch dog eyes on it. Lawsuits and non compliance audits are further proofs imo.

The constant restatements, use of banned accountants, foreign operations (opaque to US consumers) and insider dealings are likely why the share price is low. I wish this was a slam dunk with rock star management because I would buy a sh*t ton.

These guys made over $6m in net income last quarter, and the stock trades at a 14M market cap. What am I missing? Is it because of their african auditor, being OTC, foreign operations / potential fraud? Why is it so cheap, is the net income not actually real? No position.

This is the most frustrating ticket that I have ever owned. Great fundamentals and a price that seems way undervalued yet very few investors and no ability to hold any value. Once it goes up, it just slowly sinks back down. I am sure we will be back in the 2s before we are back in the 6s. It is just rinse and repeat. This is a ticker that is held down by management. Las summer it was on a tear only for them to announce dilution and a plan for a RS, now here we are on the date of the planned RS and nothing. They tanked the price for 8 months or so for nothing. So frustrating

Yep fundamentals are there and growing by the day. I know I’ve spent several years building my position. Ain’t gonna be selling any cheap ones. Too much happening all we need is continued execution and time.

OTC traders are impatient and this ticker requires patients.

I dunno what’s happened last couple days. Buncha dummy’s set stop losses on low volume OTC? Everything else looks really good.

Couldn’t agree with you more. But if it hits the .02’s again I’d prob take a second mortgage on my house and buy up whatever I can lol. I don’t really think there is that much time to wait till it pops again. Q2 financials will be pretty important for that. Were they able to keep pace? If they’re higher than Q1 could get pretty interesting. Will Xoala close soon is another big one. First payment was supposed to be made June 13. They don’t ever file when they make a payment though. And they obviously don’t have Swedish financial authority approval complete for change of control. They would have had to put the payment in escrow till they get that.

The problem with this stock is that we get nothing from management and there are very few eyes on this. The lack of updates keeps this from really moving up despite very good fundamentals. If this were not on the OTC it wouldn't really matter as much but OTC traders get impatient and sell if there isn't any information (pumps) to get the price to move as opposed to holding based on good fundamentals. I have no question that at some point this will run hard, I just don't know when that is. My best guess is we see 2s again before it runs.

Ya that can’t come soon enough. I think they’re a bit behind on full uplist though. Prob be towards end of year at the earliest. But plenty of time for some organic growth and deal making leading up to that. They really need to at least get back on the QB for time being. Why that hasn’t happened yet is beyond me,
