One company is Ezagoo LTD, not Suspended, and the other is Egazoo INC.....A.L.J. revoked but "the common stock of Respondent was not publicly quoted or traded."

Has to be the wrong company, or perhaps another ticker had this name at one point, that is now deliquent...?? It's still trading, so has to be a mistake, otherwise it would have been sent to the Greys by now I'd think

Someone please explain this to me, being revoked due to 'Failure to Comply with Periodic Filing Requirements', they are Pink Current Info....makes zero sense.

I don't know how these guys have managed their IPO so successfully, when so many other Chinese companies fail miserably, but this has been a true masterclass in how it's done.

.16 cents to $3.50 in just 77 days, with pretty respectable volume, and hardly any dips at all........whole lot of folks missed the boat here, easily the best new issue of 2020..!

Excellent start to the trading on this ticker, .16 - .75 so far, nice controlled move up, very little bidwhacking thus far.

New Chinese IPO, good sized company has a number of subsidiaries, 300+ employees and 200M Yuan registered capital.

It's not 100% clear to me but it sounds like (2) of the subsidiaries will be rolled in here, 'Smart City' and 'Joyful Vehicle' an RV dealer and campground operator.
