I doubt it it's profit taking. it could be people needing money to pay for things or playing other stocks in the meantime while they wait

shareholders are just taking profits,that's part of the game. A good amount of big whales loaded this up in the 0.002 range....and I'm ready to bet my grandmother Belisarian will not announce anything before it gets to that range.

Based on ENCC’s latest quarterly report for the period ending March 31, 2026, the company must specifically resolve its lack of an operating business, address its going concern issues, and complete a change-of-control transaction to erase the warning. The company explicitly checks Yes to being a shell company and formally states it has No Operations, no products or services, & no facilities at this time. Furthermore, its balance sheet reveals $0 in total assets and $0 in cash. To satisfy SEC Rule 15c2-11 and lift the restriction, management needs to achieve the following milestones below.
Finalize the Change of Control (Reverse Merger)Execute the pending share purchase agreement. In the report's subsequent events, management discloses that majority shareholder Belisarian Holdings, LLC is in talks to sell its interest to an interested buyer. Complete the acquisition as ENCC needs this unsigned agreement to be finalized and executed so a new entity can take over the shell.
Inject Assets and Real Operations Merge with an active business. The incoming management must inject an active, revenue-generating business into ENCC to legally strip its shell status. Overcome the going concern limitation: The company notes an accumulated deficit of $244,878 and explicitly highlights limited liquidity. New operations must generate enough cash flow to reverse this systemic financial weakness.
Clear Up Corporate Capital Structure Items. Surrender restrictive stock. Belisarian Holdings has agreed to surrender its single share of Series 2026 Preferred B stock. The transfer agent must finish updating the ledger to reflect this cleanup. File an amended report: ENCC must officially change its checked box from Yes to No for shell status in a future disclosure once operations begin.
Once the company is a fully functioning business with real assets, a registered broker-dealer must review their new financial profile and file a Form 211 with FINRA to initiate proprietary, continuous quoting. Btw SEC Rule 15c2-11, which went into full enforcement on September 28, 2021. Market Makers / Broker Agents are now more liable for verifying the corporate info / structure.

Highly doubtfull they would start the process of Form 211 clearance with a Broker-dealer and FINRA (or OTCM instead of Broker-dealer, if going OTCQB) before a merger closes

And it would fall under the responsibility of the new CEO to start that process

That's usually how it works

that warning barely changes anything (Shell + UQO might prevent some brokers to accept buying orders, but the vast majority allows)

Just getting the Shell Badge removed by merging a company and submiting a Supplemental Information Shell Status Removal filing would solve most of that issue

Not necessary to clear a 211 and become PQE to unlock 99% of brokers buying availability (It's still quite high at 80% or so of potential "Traffic", at this time)

And if it's unlike any other merger they've done in the past this could be trading dimes in a flash.

Let me just say Not all of those sells are sells like they are showing on the tape.

I've been soaking up a lot of those shares in-between the bid and ask over the last couple of weeks. They are showing them all as sells but trust me they are Buys as they are going right into my account. I am the one buying and a few others that I know who are buying too. I have more shares now of ENCC than I ever held.

I believe we are getting really close on them announcing something. The Silence is Deafening and The Fact they cancelled those Series B preferred shares tells me things are about to get REAL on this one. Sometimes these things take longer than OTC traders like. Patience is the key on these types of plays. Once they do announce the merger these laughable prices are instantly gone forever.

I thought the same thing but CSTI and GTSM are the ones that dictate the current pricing trend and some of us are out of cash to buy anymore so they have to count on others on this board to buy more.
I noticed there were two ASKS @ .0076 but one of them changed to .0085 so that tells me that may move up or down again

That is like saying nobody ever went broke slapping the ASK.
The only way to get a lot of shares is to take all the ASK's out.
The only way to accumulate slowly without razing the market cap price to high is to be on the BID.
Please do not slap all the ASKs because the market cap is at a sweet spot for companies looking for a clean shell.

I strongly believe that most of these bid whackers are just passing shares around and crying on IHUB

I sure am glade that PDT rule is gone.
As for ENCC not many trades going on. Time is on our side if we can keep waiting and waiting on no news.
Maybe next year i can build that cabin to go with my deck out in the woods. I can wait.
