There was not much in the Q but a couple lines different from the last Q.
I think i have said it before but they usually only put information on the Quarterly Reports and the next one will be due in another 3 months.
The X twitter posts stopped back on February 11 and they have not posted on any of their companies since.
So nobody really knows when anything will be announced.
They never put out press releases.
This is why so many sold off shares because they got tired of waiting and waiting. If anyone needs money for another hot stock or pay bills they are going to sell.
For every seller there is a buyer.
As Duke knock hem and Lucky Charm has said he thinks it is going to be a lackluster merger since they didn’t bother to saying anything on twitter. His guess is a CBD start-up or a Chinese cellphone charger device…maybe a restaurant with one branch only…..he said on stock twit

Nobody is making money selling down here. They are giving up the Ghost before the main event. People are capitulating and going to be regretting it in my opinion.

I think the bargain prices will continue for 2 more weeks at least. But don't hold that to me because I really do not know.
Then we can see where the price is heading.
Some were saying Cohen bought shares on the open market and he may be having someone selling for him now to get cash funds.
That all could be rumor because there is no way to prove he even bought any ENCC.
What we do know is that the party in talks with ENCC are different than any other party Belisarian has talked too, not in the exact wording.

U.S. defense or sensitive-tech won’t touch ZHUD

DoD Trusted Capital guidelines
National security screening for foreign influence

A shell with a China-linked past creates unnecessary regulatory friction.

This brings Encompass Compliance Corp ENCC in a totally different category being all it’s history was in the USA and the name itself while doesn’t mean anything to a new company but Compliance in the name means they had to do things right at some point in their history. ENCC is a perfect clean shell for a defense technology company to come in here and i am hoping with Cade Carter’s current employment and past employment this is a golden opportunity for ENCC shareholders if Cade finds a defense or national security company to reverse merge with.
Only time will tell and the wait will be well worth it if it ever does happen

After you posted i checked up on another stock i follow. They were dead silent and rarely posted on x twitter and i just seen they posted this morning. So yes it does feel good that they post on x twitter but what they say there really isn’t much anyway.
As for ENCC i am hoping something good is coming here and I hope Cade can bring something interesting to ENCC

Actually it was 2 month 1 day ago not 4 months. If you are talking social media maybe the company that could be in talks said no social media posting.
Many companies only do updates in Quarterly reports. So yes i knew in advanced before investing here that the only updates we may get are in the Quarterly reports that are available for all to read at the same time. I don’t count on X Twitter posts from companies that could be twisted and hyped. I want a real reverse merger to come into ENCC and if Belisarian is quiet for a reason because certain things need to be done on either side of the talks of whoever they are talking too needs time, than time is on our side.
