They have been Pink Limited which is interesting as they have been filing since 04/12/2023 and just recently filed their third attorney letter. OTC is still saying that EMBR is Pink Limited even though they already had filed two annual reports as of 6/3 and their quarterlies have been up to date.

Interesting note is that they keep filing amended reports.
