Penny stocks have always been high risk high reward, now its just high risk high losses.

Expert market now...say good buy to your money here...I'll loose about $ 3000 but what pisses me off more is that my daughter (i suggested) will loose $ 800. The stupidity and ignorance to file the minimal docs to stay pink

1 M bought from the ask...prob. no reason, but also the majority of OS shares are being held by MZ, Keith, other insiders so potentially s.th. positve is up

Oh I know Keith had invested so much here. Monetarily a HUGE amount, but he invested so much more in time and effort. It's incalculable. I had given up hope of him coming back, but clearly MZ doesn't have a handle of what's happening here, and doubt he could ever find anyone as capable as Keith, so maybe MZ will realize he NEEDS Keith. MZ never came through with the Ebox while Keith was doing so much with integrating his environmental background with developments for EGYF. Keith was under appreciated and not supported by MZ as i see it. And now we're rudderless.

agreed...fantastic shell...and MZ has a significant stake himself...but Keith (while staying in touch with management; see my previous conversation with him) is not happy himself since he purchased a lot of shares and holds them, still. Lets hope he plants some ideas even though he resigned.

Is there any reason for hope, or potential here? With Keith gone, and MZ not knowing much about the stock are we hoping MZ will sell it as a shell? There was so much potential here. And Keith was the best man for it. Can't believe it all seemed to go up in smoke. Such a shame and a waste.

Almost 2% of the float has been traded today. Hopefully we can stair step up.

Appreciated and happy new year. So we've got a shell with a tiny market cap and preserved SS here BUT these fools haven't even caught up with the filings for almost a year. Large 100 k blocks trade ever so slowly lower and lower. Thanks that there are still buyers out (I gave up...last batches I bought were 003...hold 1M now). If the other potential buyers also retreat then, knowing the OTC, we'll be in the trips soon. What a shame for a ticker that could run easily to multiple pennies with any update of substance.

Tons on the bid but doesn't show...I have 100k bid at 0036. 100k at bid 0035. Just shows at 10k each by my MM, GTSM. While funny it just indicates that the only way is UP (since all potential dumps will be absorbed). Question is just when :)

Bid is for 10k at oo33...I placed an order for 100k at 0033 (and I'll keep it there for now) ...yet, the bid still shows just 10k. Strange and unusual...can anyone else try to add to the bid at 0033 and check if it shows? Dead (but stable) for now but worth the hold for a potential 10bagger IMO

You are correct that I am cautious about TA posts on a specific stock board. I am not going to give buy, sell or hold advice. I have no certified credentials or standing and am not any kind of investment or stock advisor.

I also get too many comments as it is on how stupid TA is and that my posts are self serving and on and on from PM's as well regular stock message boards. Therefore, I will get into more detail on a board like Tom's that is set aside for TA analysis. I will post a daily chart over there to begin and we can continue as long as you have interest.

Also for example, if Tom, Steve or Kentucky have made a post on AVXL that describes support/resistance in agreement with my method I generally just give a thumbs up.

There are so many rah, rah to the moon posters on the board you have the most interest in, I frankly have no interest in posting there.

Why haven't you expressed an opinion regarding resistance n support that Ive commented on to affirm or explain why it's a good or not a good trading tool? Ive always respected you for not getting caught up in the noise but the trade, share some of that knowledge when you feel you have the time.

I don't have the time I used to, however I am very willing to answer your questions and post my trading charts over there. Just reply to any of my posts over there and we can start whenever you want. Between trips and public service it may take more time than it used to but barring medical situations that can create time interruptions I will respond.

The problem is that there is no information available to find. TA is useless without consistent volume and essentially no market cap. No fundamentals plus no TA yields a result that only guessing and hoping is available. One cannot even formulate an opinion at this point. Everything holders and traders were previously looking at to form conclusions has failed or been halted.
For me the odds now point to my largest penny stock trade loss in over 25 years. Risk is always highest in OTC pink sheet land. This is why I have always looked at EGYF as a lotto trading play. It has taken the path of most "stinkie pinkies" rather than becoming an exception.

I have not added a single share here. Just not worth selling either, so holding every share since Keith left the company. Never considered that scenario.
I am likely to become part of the "poster pictured bagholder club". Only time will tell.

Half a million shares traded today....largest volume since january, and eight fold the 30 day average...lets hope that is an indication that whoever wanted to sell, is now dumping their last shares today

Not sure what you mean by as perfect as it can be. The shell had undivulged share problems predating MZ 's purchase and to my knowledge that share overhang has still not been fully resolved.

I have no faith in MZ to accomplish anything that actually benefits EGYF or its shareholders.
My opinion, MZ was conned by the original shell owners when he bought the shell and now we will ultimately pay for that con for him when/if he finds a buyer.

If you have contrary facts, by all means please present them.

Good for you, if sometime in the future price gets above .008. It will take a multi bagger from there for most of those here to even get near breakeven.

Is is back to being a shell as perfect as it can be. With these one can win the lottery. The CEO will not let this go dark and will file the minimum to keep it pink limited (he & his wife's "company" are too invested; he will come up with s.th. but hopefully find a reverse merger candidate with a great offer). I spoke with Keith. When funding did not come in as expected he resigned. He holds ~6M common shares. He still communicates Mohamed/CEO. M is looking for a merger candidate to sell it as a shell. Keith hasn't sold and says neither did the two larger shareholders or M. So also Keith has no idea where the notorious sells into the bid come from but at least he might have some influence on M, still. Now it needs patience but IMO is is a good idea to hold a few hundred thousand shares here, which I will do without further comments on this board until s.th. material happens. I hold 800k shares with an ~ o.oo85 average pps. Good luck

I totally agree. Keith was a bright spot on the OTC landscape, and seemed to really be trying to do things right for EGYF. His departure doesn't bode well, and my many, many years here look to continue. Great share structure. Pretty clean shell. But until it's properly developed... results are barren.

Information included in the filing up to Keith leaving was noted is how I interpret the context. MZ did the filing and reported everything after Keith's departure, which is likely little or nothing because IMO everything halted back in March/April.

The fact it is unaudited is telling that he wasn't putting any money into it. If anyone followed the funding the last few years it was mostly if not all capital brought in by Keith. Pretty clear MZ is bailing and set the ground work for taking ebox with him for not fulfilling a contractural agreement.
I will keep my MZ criticism silent, however IMO EGYF is fulfilling the image of "stinky pinky" exceptionally well since MZ bought the shell.

All the above are my personal opinions, surmises and conjecture.

It is a shame when there was so much potential.
First MZ and then Keith doing PR which morphed into becoming VP and then US CEO is the only management EGYF has had since MZ took over the shell. With Keith gone there is zero info on what MZ might or might not do. It looks even more discouraging since the current filing has not been made, there is no info or even statement from MZ on the management situation etc. MZ has had several months to do things himself and hasn't even done a filing on time or communicated. The only hope right now is that MZ is not a quitter abandoning us shareholders.

All in my opinion only and just drawing inferences from how things look to me when examining the last 4 years as a whole.

Trips. Well, at least it was smart to not by more in oo5s and keep bids in oo2s.
I will try to get some 000s and if not hope for my others (120k) to get a lotto play out it in a few months or years. Shame

Unfortunately, I think the "backtoreality" handle is again the norm for the EGYF journey. Just waiting now to see if there is any continuation or the lotto play goes back in the drawer from which it came and started to move.

Keith is still listed as vice president though he is out. Maybe s.o. has the nerves to call him and ask if he knows if the managenent still plans to file etc. I believe his nr is (443) 695-1895. I have an accent so i wont call.

I will "stay" by holding 520K (without adding or selling) but not comment much on this board unless the company drops filings/news. Have a great weekend.

Yes, the broker-dealer submits after reviewing certain company information. To this point, no broker-dealer has submitted, maybe been willing, to file that submission.The information is company supplied to the broker-dealer by EGYF and yes the broker-dealer submits. There has been a roadblock of some sort for a long time, of which is not public knowledge that I am aware of or can find.

It seems, no broker-dealer has submitted. It is unknown what the reason is. From previous company news EGYF has been talking about that submittal for well over a year. There have been consistent Q filings previously and an annual in 2024 and still no 15c2-11.

If EGYF is going to be a "real" company and not just a pump and dump vehicle a 15c2-11 is important. Otherwise this stock will be a roulette wheel subject to manipulation.

No, 15c2-11 filing is not by the companies but by the brokerages. Broker-dealers for these over-the-counter securities must demonstrate they have a reasonable basis for believing the issuer's information is accurate and reliable. And it has absolutely nothing to do with where and how a stock is listed and nothing to do with a ticker being PINK, ID, Expert etc. AS soon as MZ files the annual, EGYF would be OTCID since they filed already the management certification and otherwise are up to date. And most other OTC tickers I hold have already the OTCID listing since they filed quarterly, annuals, managm. cert. incl. those with no revenue, with terrible debt, tons of convertible notes, etc. EGYF has no issues other that "CEO" not filing the financials.
