of DIGI and the CEO dealing with Jason Black and the Tang's. She also had a relative listed as a huge DIGI shareholder.
Anyone have details on how Kim Halvorson was given her position?
I heard Mark Miller assigned her that position and then she issued shares for debt.
Where did that loan money go?
