I wonder if they’re auditing this shell. There is an “Accounting/Auditing Firm” listed in the company OTCM profile, but I’m not sure whether it was added recently with the new company officers or already there beforehand.

COHG Shell status change from 'N' to 'Y'

First they will "clean" the shell. Belisarian will cancel the 8-9 million shares from the previous officers of the company. Guessing they can also push for OTCID access. IMHO hoping they wrap all of this in 6 months or less

Amabile must be a custodian rookie. Been 2+ years of ongoing filings and dealing with the Nevada SOS. Not putting down Amabile. Sometimes you gotta go thru a process to understand it. Getting help from Belisarian has sped up the shell process

If this shell is becoming an oil company, California is really going to need it

The last time I had a shell get rolling in a Feb, the ball got rolling in that april/may of 2018. However I would rather get a good company rather than a China whammy! Many custodial RMs from China may pop at first. Most of the time there is no communication and the company fades in EM or nothing (a dud). Occasionally you get a banger China RM.

As of Feb 2, 2026, Leonard Amabile has been granted custodianship of COHG. I am curious what Belsiarian is going to get out of the deal for assisting Amabile

Best I can do is set a few high alerts with Etrade when Belasarisn gets it current again.
.0001 would be one hell of a score if the DTCC still has only 2.9m shares.

According to Google AI, the reference to "cheetah" is a misidentification of the company in the lawsuit. The company actually involved was Ocean Therapy Solutions

From a quick google search , there are 2 prominent LA California Leonard Amabiles on LinkedLn.. Both are businessmen/consultants with praise on their profiles. One of them has high praise for a prescrpition company called GoodRX

Leonard has had this shell since Aug 2024. Probably explains the bizarre 100 share 10 cent uptick in 2024

The only oil lawsuit I could find with Kevin Costner is with Ocean Therapy Solutions. Costner made 52 million from the company that cleaned the oil spills. The litigants Stephan Baldwin and Spyridon Contogouris lost to Costner in the end. They essentially didnt like their profit from the deal. In 2010 BP had an oil spill and Costner sold 52 Million worth of these machines. BP never used these machines in the oil spill

Cannot find any law suit information on COHG or Leonard Amabile in connection with Kevin Costner

If it is sweet remains to be seen. looked into this Try to access the court case between Leonard Amabile and Cheetah Oil and Gas but said I was blocked. Strange because I am not familiar with either company. However, DeepSeek tells me a fascinating story involving Kevin Costner who ended up with a massive $12 mil payout. Judge agreed that Leonard/Cheetah cheated him This all happened in 2013? I have no idea why Leonard now took Cheetah to court, but I can only think it must have something to do with the ownership of Cheetah.

The best case is for Frank to lose all and for other custodians to snap up his shells.

There are still some opportunities out there - mostly if you already had shares and had to wait out some tough times.

Every now and then, new opportunities arise but they are far and far between.

Got into COHG because I was chasing Lazar LOL (his shells anyway). I did not get any OMNI stocks because they shot up so fast and stayed relatively high.
Plus OMNI seemed to be dragging their feet.

Sure COHG eventually became an OMNI stock, but I did not buy any OMNI shells

Not trying to get political, but penny stocks have always done well in Republican years for me. It takes about a year after a change. JMHO and experience here

You are right about pre 2021. We can still make money on the custodial phase once the volume goes down. Then wait for a shell buyer for the final boomage. Sometimes you get something like HRAA or an AZRH

COHG was originally a David Lazar custodial attempt. The reason he could not get the shell is because the nvsos site listed this as "active" Got into COHG thinking Lazar was going to get this. It was relatively easy to make money on Lazar stocks. Getting a good quantity of COHG shares was very hard. It took about 1 year or so of getting small lots, even.though Lazar quit COHG (unknown to me)

A custodian also needs to buy a small quantity of shares like 100 to 2000 typically and wait 30 days , in order to petition the shell. Saw purchases of 100 shares and 1800 shares for Aug 2025. Hope Belisarian is quick on getting these shells current.

Also think the otc/custodian stocks will bounce back again. Custodial stocks can still make money. Just not as good as pre 2021

I bought a few shares to see how this was going to go when OMNI first tweeted. I have since doubled down twice. Now sitting on an average of $0.1325. Hope this continues to rise. New custodian for me so we shall see how they perform. Could be a new long-term relationship.
