Where did you find shares to short?

I left a message for the number on the letter. The email address is based at a law firm. This whole thing is weird. The company has 7M shares outstanding and a float of only 2.2M as of 2012 when they issued 1 year of financials and then went dark. Their previous time of issueing financials was 2001.

Yes pretty odd on a stock which trades at 50 cents during the year.

I see, guess its not odd. Im short as many as I can at 10.77

They probably noticed people found their stock and want to take it private before any of us schmucks make their price go higher.

I received it as well. I wonder why they didnt do the buy back prior to starting the filing process. They could have bought up shares on the cheap. I am happy about it though or will be if I see evidence that they are buying. Could move this little low floater dramatically.

Anyone else get a letter that BOLL's BOD approved a $600,000 stock repurchase plan? Why would they want to buy stock when the float is already so low???

Imagine what a pr would do here.

I would imagine a lot of these were sold this past spring being the weight loss season.

Good price I think. There are a few cheap shares available on the ask now. PE of less than 3 on the ask.

Had Scottrade let me buy this at .07 when OTC found it or wherever that was, I would be having a fantasic year now.

Me too. I was hoping they would release during market hours.

I would have accumulated more if I would have been more sure that they will indeed file again although the signs were all there that they will. That said I'm happy with what I got.

The shares shown as "owned" be Cede & Company is simply an aggregation of shares held in street name. They are in the float, as the table on page 3 correctly reports.

I am not selling and I have averaged up. I just don't think too many people are aware that this stock exists. I don't expect much to happen until the next filing unless some stock newsletter picks it up or there is some other sort of awareness.

Stock is trading at a PE of about 1 for their 9 MONTHS operations. I certainly don't think he is a seller at these prices.

If you want to see a stock accelerate, average up, and not down. Savy?

I know about it, but i also know you bought your share's in the .15 cent range, for your allotment. So i'm not a buyer just a watcher of this stock. GLTA

I had a bid in but someone came over the top so I just deleted it. Probably wont hear anything for a couple of months from them so I am in no hurry to buy more.

Are you adding here? I bought some more lately. Wouldn't make any sense if they don't continue to file now.

Stockcharts.com added us. I just received email.

I'm just glad they file reports. I have one that refuses to do that. It never trades and is severely undervalued. If Boll continues filing reports it will be discovered over time. Sure, I would love pr's and transparency but consistent filings will move this up. IMO!

I emailed them. I could try to ask but he seemed rather annoyed so I won't expect a response. The only reason he responded was because I sent multiple emails to Jason, who probably forwarded them to Glenn. I sent emails to Glenn previously that went ignored.

I honestly have no clue. Whoever emailed them and got a response should ask them that.

Maybe there was a deadline to stay listed? Even if they get delisted though, why would they care? You'd think they'd want that.

Maybe there is some tax reasons? I am grasping at straws.

The question I have is why do they even bother to post financial information if they have no other plans on keeping shareholders updated? Doesn't make sense to me.
