Looks like BFHJ recently changed transfer agents from Colonial Stock Transfer to Securities Transfer Corp, and is now noting its DTC eligible share count...

Major Exchanges such as NYSE and NASDAQ require DTC eligibility. Other Platforms such as the OTC Bulletin Board and the Pink Sheet markets do not. Only a DTC participant can request that DTC make a security eligible. Most large U.S. broker-dealers and banks are DTC participants. Once an issuer has been approved for trading by FINRA, they must apply to DTC for their initial eligibility to trade.

this is really something...Beneficial Power is currently developing a dozen projects for generation of over 1 GW of solar power and 300 MW of power storage, which may be broken down as follows, in terms of revenue...

Based on the cost of residential solar systems, $2.50 per watt. ($2 per watt after tax credits.)

so a 1gw commercial solar farm would cost somewhere between $2-$2.5 billion.

Now, depending on area the farm will generate between 2.5–6MWH per day, (average 4)

That is 900–1400–2100 GWH per year, depending on US location. On average, the WHOLESALE price of electricity is about 10 cents per KWH in the USA. That means that 1GW solar farm generates $90 billion, $140 billion, or $210 billion.

not sure how much the 300 MW of power storage would generate, but it is probably significant
