OUR STATUS AND TRANSPARENCY
We do not deal with theory. We have invested around 5,000 euros of real money into Beiersdorf shares with an average entry price of €82 per share. This is by no means investment advice. Everyone needs to do their own deep diligence before investing anywhere, and if someone is not skilled in doing so, our recommendation is to contact their home bank or a licensed investment manager.

RISK MANAGEMENT TACTICS
How we play this position (June 2026)
Instead of amateur and rigid stop-loss orders which, on illiquid shares with small free float, only serve as food for market algorithms, our team applies an asymmetric Wall Street logic of capital allocation:

Accumulation zone (Below €70): If the market pulls the price below €70 in the second half of 2026, we activate a new tranche of capital through direct limit orders. Using Cash-Secured Puts at €68 is unfortunately denied to us as private investors. The goal would be a mathematical lowering of our entry average to around €74, using market panic to buy top-tier assets at a discount.

Trend confirmation zone (Above €85): We only buy more in an uptrend if the breakout is accompanied by strong volume and fundamental growth in the Derma segment. We could secure this new, more expensive tranche through a Zero-Cost Collar (Synthetic collar 78/100) if we were institutional investors, which unfortunately we are not. That way, we could lock in the risk below €78 without paying an insurance premium, remaining immune to daily market manipulations.

Harvest zone (Over €120): If we were institutional investors, we would have the option of gradually reducing the position by 50% or selling Covered Calls at €130 to return the base capital into cash. We do not have this option either, unfortunately! But it is good for our readers who do have this option to know.

Why am I starting this thread?
There is too much noise in the market right now surrounding companies that survive solely on the CapEx of others. Beiersdorf offers something rare today: a stable, physical product with a loyal consumer base.

I will be posting my own analyses here, stripping away the corporate reports to focus on what actually matters: cash flow, margins, and real business sustainability.
