it's also filling at the bid 0.0311 a few, but millions of shares bought at ask this week.

technically speaking on a 'normal' stock, which penny miners certainly aren't normal.. 'normally' the high volume into 0.065 demands a retest.

Float must be tight.
This is still alive, barley. If they can maintain the smallest fraction of equity against the Korean majority share, this could work out!!
The facility in Baja is enormous.

We actually own (99yrs) land right near Santa Rosalia, San Bruno I believe exactly. Believe it or not won it in a lottery back in 1980's. I have been by there driving to La Paz and Los Cabos many times. They have little airport now and small plots of expats. Sea of Cortez has great diving. The mine has been there many years and the sand has much to show that reflects taht.

Baja Mining Provides Boleo Project Financing Update

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 24, 2013) - Baja Mining Corp. (TSX:BAJ)(OTCQB:BAJFF) ("Baja") has been informed by Minera y Metalúrgica del Boleo, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("MMB") that, as of January 15, 2013, Kores has advanced an additional US$115 million to MMB for continued construction of the Boleo project.

In addition, MMB has advised Baja that the third standstill agreement which expired on January 15, 2013 has been extended. Baja has not yet been informed by MMB of the specifics of the latest standstill extension, and will provide further more information as it becomes available.
