Anyone who can't see the fate of this stock is at best kidding themselves and at worst, a complete moron. Your 200M share control block for the shell of a ticker that was never even paid for is in the hands of a narcissistic loon with the emotional regulation of a toddler already charged with multiple millions of dollars of fraud and organized crime. Look at the latest financials. This company is completely under water even after stealing millions of services from vendors.

The absolute best case scenario is an extremely protracted legal battle wherein the state ultimately seizes whatever little assets may remain to disburse as restitution to the victims of Cohen's antics. Again, that is the best that could be hoped for here. The company is cooked. It is in a unrecoverable financial position even if competent management were involved and yet it is inundated with several millions of dollars in lawsuits and outstanding fines, criminal charges that are extremely likely to grapple in more than just Cohen and to top it off, oil is falling and likely to continue that way for the foreseeable future. Cohen couldn't make money with $100 per barrel oil. You have better odds making money on a penny slot machine than this penny stock now. Do with that info what you will but the laundry list of financial and criminal burdens on this ticker is too long to even compile here, and that is just what we are aware of so far.

what's everyone here doing with the stock?? buying / selling / holding? at this price unsure whether to sell and move on or wait and see what happens. only 3k dollars left here but might be better placed elsewhere. the second i sell something always happens and the stocks goes up.

Well that two hours lead to another creditor owed over a million by cohen for work done in March and April. And now that creditor spoke with Sarah Stogner too. Guy said he worked on 175 wells for Cohen and never paid a dime. So guess there space got cohen more charges and more bad news for this company.

We’ve all been there. On both sides too.
But to piss and moan about it for two hours licking each other’s wounds? No thanks to that.

It kind of makes sense why they would let Cohen take the preferred vote shares for free and not drop the hammer when he wouldn't pay cash. Had they taken those from him and installed another ceo, they would have a harder time blaming Josh for everything. I'm sure Josh had something to do with the fraud but it likely wasn't just him. Not a smart man.

Ya the mountain of incriminating evidence has all been archived even though he tried to delete it. Not only did he dig his own grave here, he actively broadcasted it for the world to see.

I'm sorry but I have zero sympathy for the pity game he is trying to play now (and honestly he always plays the victim so no surprise here). 2 hours ago he was claiming a rumor of his own suicide while in the same breath claiming all this evidence of his innocence only for it to get called out as clearly Cohen. Then he deletes that account entirely and starts responding with the same claims from his personal oilfieldservices account. Claiming your own suicide to garner support is beyond low and perfectly encapsulates the type of person he is.

Its an obvious last ditch effort to try and absolve himself in the court of public opinion and comes from a place of pure desperation and delusion thinking its gonna make a difference in his legal outcomes. Nah, the personal harassment I got from the dude was enough and I can only imagine the slew of things he has committed. People have zero idea just how bad this guy is behind closed doors. As far as I'm concerned he has earned every bit of what has caught up to him. I feel for everyone who has been screwed over by him and I hope justice is served.

There was doubtless a lot of corruption at that company and outsiders don't know enough to assign blame to all of it. But the particular corruption Josh got arrested for, theft of services, is something he openly boasted about. If he's broke, he broke himself by cheating others.
