Well finra IS behind if there are tickers that are taking 9+ months to come thru. Not sure why some taking shorter time. I don't know what the heck finra is doing, since obviously I don't work there.
Awwi, I'm not worried about it at all, I've been with this ticker wayyy over a year and know a whole lot about it. The only thing I question is finras ability to get stuff done because apparently they are struggling.

I just don't see how it will take another 2 months as you noted in PM (I couldn't reply there since I don't have premium) plus Peder doesn't talk to anyone, last time we spoke to him was very long time ago. He is strictly under "quiet period" and won't say a word. If it takes another 2 months it'll be passed his 1 year July 21 PR. No way this is all taking over a year. It's kind of ridiculous. I've seen a few other RS coming thru and it took them 3 months from filing to being approved. This makes zero sense.

FINRA has been backed up for many months because most of the people quit last year because they were getting free paychecks most of the people now are in training.

Under the terms of the share exchange agreement a reverse stock split was required as well as a name change and trading symbol change- these items are described further in the supplement that was posted in July of 2021 and are the subject of a Finical Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) corporate action notification filed with FINRA thereafter. The financial statements attached hereto have not been adjusted for the reverse stock split or rounding, nor do they reflect the issuance of new shares under the Everhome share exchange agreement . Only Everhome NV’s operations are included and they do not contain any of EverhomeDE’s operations. While its preference was to file consolidated financial statements the Company opted to file EverhomeNV’s Disclosure and Financial Statements and then to file consolidated financial statements that incorporate the EverhomeDE operations as quickly as possible however, the share exchange and reverse stock split will have a significant impact on them and remain under review with FINRA.
