The stock is continuing to drop with little or no activity. There have been no press releases lately and no board chatter. Anyone else worried?

I agree. After looking into the Ariix business model and the management team leading the company it definitely made me want to increase my position in Avidus with the stock currently trading at 2 cents. DYODD

Avidus, with Asante and Truestar Health revenue paired with the new agreement with Ariix is just another positive step in their business model.
Ariix is a great company. I have been following this story for a few years and Avidus has been following thru on its business plan.....this is a rare find in a penny stock.
Pay close attention people and have patience.
I have been buying small positions since Avidus acquired Truestar Health.....not much downside and massive potential.

Interesting to note that the company closed a financing at CDN 7.5 cents and the stock is trading at CDN 3.5 cents currently. DYODD

I understand that Ariix and Asantae went through a merger. I do not understand what happens to the stock. Avidus is still a company that stands alone. I guess what I'm trying to say is how does this change the stock? I did see all the people left Usana to join Ariix also. Ariix seems like a very strong company with a bright future. I just do not get how this influences the stock. Avidus did not even press release about the event.?

If you look at the founders of Ariix, they are all executives with USANA. Hmmm.

Avidus announced a CDN $1.8M financing last week at 7.5 cents and the stock is currently trading at 2 cents. Will be interesting to see how this trades if the pp closes shortly. Could be a nice move on the stock. DYODD

AVD on Toronto is the much more liquid exchange and easier to trade the stock, but it doesn't matter which exchange you purchase the stock. Hope that is helpful.

I totally agree that this is way too cheap at 4 cents, but I have been a happy buyer at these levels. I believe this story will start to get noticed by the market in 2015 and shareholders could make a lot of money from these current levels. DYODD

A lot of positive developments happening with this company!
CEO- Doug Ridley creating value for the shareholders and a good business model for growth. Keep an eye on this, too cheap at .04.

Great news from Avidus this morning! The company looks well positioned for an exciting 2015 after closing the private placement and converting over 70% of their liabilities at a significant premium to the current market price.

Here is the status....the original owner of Truestar is a successful business professional and spent alot of money on R&D on the products and the quality is exceptional(I use multiple) not to mention the money on the portal. The portal is first class as you can see. I encourage you to sign in for an account, it is free and see how much information is inside of it.
As for the stock and Avidus, they have some major plans in growth and once they report the current numbers on Truestar, the public will recognize the potential. I do not know much about the other 2 companies, but I know what Truestar has done and the leaders there are very set in Truestar's success. It is not rocket science to figure the numbers inside the business when you can run the sales based on distributors. I went to a meeting and met the CEO of Avidus and seems very dedicated to growth. Look for Avidus to move to the OTC soon and we will see loads of activity. Just watch the stock and in no way am I saying buy it or pumping it up...just stating my opinion and the research on the company is available.
I will be around here for a long time...ask any questions you like and I will try and answer them factually and no hype!

Truestar, I have a question for you. I have done a lot of research on Truestar as a company and I was wondering what you thought about the potential future of Avidus. Do you see them as being as sucessful as Amway in which they have a stock price of about ten dollars. The reason I am asking is do to they are both matrix schemes. However, from my research I believe Truestar is the best network marketing company to come along. Any input?

No worries.....accumulating a little at a time..very tightly held stock...just wait until they start reporting revenue.

There is no doubt....I use their product now and have for 18 months....

Truestar in my opinion will explode as a company in the next few years. The website is solid along with all the products that they have spent so much time hiring the correct guys to engineer their products. Hold on and enjoy the ground floor of this company..

Truestar will add every dollar in revenue they stated in the PR and more as they inject new life into the company. Just spend some time researching Truestar and look at the instant bottom line income they have just added to their portfolio.

Now the deal is done...good things ahead for this company.

When they close this deal with Truestar it will have an immediate impact on their revenue stream. Seems to be a very tightly held stock and this is exactly what Truestar needed. I do not know much about their other holdings, but I do know Truestar and their products are quality. I will be around for the long term so look for my daily posts!

Been watching this for a while this seems like such a great company but no one is watching and there is very little liquidity but I think it could be a good investment if you don't need your money to trade right away.
