Interesting article published January 10, 2020.... Among other things in it-
Killinger, a professor emeritus of physics at the University of South Florida says - “The basic difference between CW and femtosecond laser pulses is that the instantaneous peak power within the 200 femtosecond pulse is about one terawatt, so that the instantaneous power is about a thousand billion times greater than the CW laser,” Killinger told The National Interest. “At this high peak power, the target material will be cut instead of burning, and the other advantages will be a filament guided beam and some plasma generation that could possibly affect electronics.”

There's more and more talk about satellite fighting. Wouldn't it be nice to have a compact, powerful laser that can take out the sensors of other satellites? Lasers that don't blow up other satellites and contribute to dangerous space debris but merely renders the enemy's satellites useless.

I had a stroke that left me unable to speak a word but with a string of Miracles I'm still here. They decided I needed open heart surgery as well as the stroke problem. So I had that.
But what I have endured is not either one of those things at all but experience of hospital and the rules and a few of the truly horrible staff. I'm not out of the woods yet but fingers crossed

The crowd on Yahoo apparently have made it there priority to avoid this website. Very bizarre behavior for so many people to universally engage in. Even though Yahoo rejects anything with a link in it or any number of other things for which it's a complete mystery why they rejected it. Their explanation for rejecting my posts on Yahoo is either completely missing or is an explanation that is moronic or has a down right evil tone to it.
I prefer to go with a discussion group/ platform that makes it way easier for me to share insights and news and make money. But that's just me.
