Not sure what is causing the interest here, but it is great to see. Searching for any news that is causing this interest. If I remember correctly, this trades very thin. Less than 30 million on the float.

$AEPT I have been following this for Two Years and always thought it had the cornerstones of moving ahead and a strong Mgt Team specializing in their Field.
However the Curious Case of AEPT really fell apart the past year and this year (see link on news) with folks leaving , internal issues and apparent in house disagreements, so lost any momentum.

if one was to look at the news side, it is pretty obvious. really quite the shame, even website went down and says under construction now.

Float is 30mm, nothing for an OTC under .01.. should be an easy mover as volume continues to find it's way here

They did one recently for no reason too not enough stock in the market I don't even think FINRA would let them do it. The bottom line is that they need to get off their butts and start promoting what they have. These guys don't care about their shareholders obviously just a big balance sheet.

Termination of Merger Agreement

On December 22, 2023, SCWorx entered into a definitive Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “Merger Agreement”) with American Environmental. The material terms of the
proposed merger were disclosed in the Form 8-K filed December 26, 2023.

On March 26, 2024, the parties agreed by mutual consent to terminate the Merger Agreement.
Therefore, the previously proposed merger will not take place, and SCWorx and American Environmental will each continue to operate as separate and independent businesses.

The only good thing for AEPT is the uplisting action. That will give them more visibility to a larger base of investors.
WORX of itself is nothing to be excited about. They have a lot of past baggage. WORX does not deserve being a NASDAQ listed company and was very close to being delisted to OTC.
