100% correct. OTC in general is corrupt and so is the SEC for letting them get away with it. The OTC is not regulated at all. Don't forget the Private Market. HCMC is currently trading using the Private Market and only Institutional Investors are allowed to trade on it.

They will take anything they have that they think might make money and put it in a spinoff company. Then they will do a massive reverse split to the extent you have little to no shares anymore and pay you a measly dividend worth practically nothing.
For example if you have 1,000,000 shares now, they will be killed by a 20,000 to 1 reverse split. You now have 50 worthless shares and maybe a $50.00 dividend. If glucoguard pans out and the shares go to $1.00. Congrats you now have $50.00
