NOL do not work this way.  There are so many guard rails in place to stop the using of the back tax that its almost impossible.  We have zero assets and zero operations.  You know how the IRS see's the change of control and how they can use the NOL...  it is 0x current NOL which equals 0.

Yes this article shows affordability is strained, but that’s an industry issue, not a Rocket-specific failure. Rocket’s strength is scale, servicing, and recapture. In a tough market, the strongest platforms often gain share from weaker competitors. IMO
