What I meant to say was TLRA has the potential to become the next TTD...i just kept it short and assumed one would interpret it, but thats my fault lol. Yes, fully aware of the revenue discrepancies between the two.

Yes because it will be the big gorilla of sell side (same as TDSK)

No - because much smaller revenue and small profit or loss.

TTD - revenue $650 million - market cap - $13 B - multiplier of 20

TLRA+Rubi Rev - $220 million MC - $1.2 B
Multiplier - 6

The new co will take some time to consolidate business and improve profits and also increase revenue

So if the market gives half the multiplier of TTD, we have 60% upside possibility in few months after merger.

My hope/guess - If they consolidate and operate well, we can see double from here by year end

After upcoming merger with Rubicon, this will be the leader on the sell side of programmatic advertising. Going to be the next TTD ??

Zacks ranked this as a number 2 buy at 11:24 AM, Volume has tripped in an hour. I see this moving up with much more eyes on it.
