DHF div was just cut... again. One of the poorer performing stocks of 2013.

S & P is a gimmick for the amateurs...plus it's overrated and overpriced. Loaded with talking heads spurring morons to buy crap that fluctuates in value in a hyper blink of an eye. I guess this type of investment isn't "sexy" or "smart" to you... or not to your preference? Who cares...my portfolio earns me $500,000+ yearly plus I haven't lost a nickel in value from my original entry points. I'm not here for share appreciation...I'm here for stable pps and extremely high returns. Which I then each month turn around and reinvest $50,000 monthly into the same stocks from div returns to raise my "stupid" or "not sexy" divs even higher. you can even trade it fairly well altough I like the at least a year hold for tax reasons if you can.

Anyone Buying this CEF?

I am particularly interested in this CEF because it was the only one that has leveled off during the most recent crisis in Greece.

AOD took a dive while DHF fluctuated a little but of the three CEF's DHF remained fairly unchanged. I bought into it.....Ex date is close anyhow.

Any thoughts on different CEF's?

I like AOD because of the yield.

DHF not a bad yield or price + a good company too.

GNV a once a year CEF is in trouble right now.
