When I think that usually the third and fourth quarters can be very strong quarters I just get giddy over this stock. The doors could get blown off this low stock price any day. This thing could bounce up 1.00 with institutional buying

Whoa. What have I discovered. 68 million in revenues for the second quarter. Plus .07 profit per share. Man o man this is truly undiscovered territory here. This baby hit 1.04 yesterday. I mean, how is this stock trading at a low of 1.04 and not 5 or 6 dollars a share. Imagine if this stock was a biotech stock. This thing could be 15 to 20 a share if it was a biotech stock. Welcome to the world of an obvious overlooked stock.

It's breakout time with the release of the current earnings release.
It's my opinion based on the revenues and profits reported that any day this stock will be over 1.15 and then with the way the stock trades we will move to the 1.45 area before moving on to 2.00.

SGRP has signed a contract with a major Fortune 500 company to provide in-store merchandising services to over 250 locations in Mexico. The contract is valued at $2.5 million annually and will begin immediately.
In a short amount of time SGRP has gone from $1.09 (just this past July) to $1.97. Today they announce expansion throughout Mexico with a $2.5 Million contract with a Fortune 500 company. They have been consistently delivering quality news since their strong earnings announcement.
Anyone know who the Fortune 500 company is?

More good news on SGRP. Strong earnings, stock buyback and now expansion into another country adding another $4 million in revenue. Liquidity is picking up, investors are taking notice.

SGRP authorizes up to 500,000 share buyback. First SGRP delivers outstanding financial results and now they are buying back their stock. As a shareholder, it is encouraging to see the company invest in themselves, particularly in the wake of their financial success. I am definitely going to listen to their conference call this week to hear what they have to say on the call.

The Company Achieves $0.03 Diluted EPS for Q2

TARRYTOWN, NY-- SPAR Group, Inc. (SGRP), a leading supplier of retail merchandising and other marketing services throughout the United States and internationally, today announced second quarter 2012 financial results, including revenue of $24.3 million, gross profit of $6.7 million and net income attributable to SPAR Group, Inc. of $718,000. In the first six months of 2012 the Company achieved revenue of $45.4 million, gross profit of $12.5 million and diluted earnings per share of $0.05.

Company Highlights
Second quarter 2012 domestic net income increased 66% to $928,000.
Second quarter consolidated net income attributable to SPAR Group, Inc. increased 41% to $0.03 per diluted share.
Consolidated revenue for the first six months of 2012 increased 40% to $45.4 million.
Consolidated net income attributable to SPAR Group, Inc. for the first six months of 2012 increased 35% to $1.0 million.
Working capital continued to improve.

This all seems to be great news for the Company. Revenue Up, Gross Profit Up, Earnings Up, Out Pacing Guidance… Is there anything I should know about these guys? They seem like they are finally making the push towards being the market leader they have claimed they were going to be for the last several quarters. Seasonality suggests the best is yet to come, so there is definitely cause for optimism. I guess time will tell, but SGRP is definitely back up on my screen.

Did anyone see those FY 2011 and Q1 2012 numbers? Again posting serious growth, especially internationally, and looking at $90 M revenue guidance for FY 2012 for another big year. Stock price seems cheap too. I'm looking for some outside opinions (hopefully someone here can shed some light on the company) before making my buy decision.
