So its possible an offering is off the table until the share price at least settles at 4X from current levels.

I believe the share price was $9 at the RS. And that was after a 98% drop. So this hasnt even started yet.

I read the other day they have working capital for the next 12 months.

At the current market value, this could easily increase to $50, then to $100/share. Just give it some time.

12% shares are also short to help fuel the rally.

Market cap fluctuated between 75M to 150M 2024-2025 before the dilution collapse.

Recapturing 100M cap is a 25x from current levels, $100+/share.

The low float could get it there in a hurry. Just have to be patient to see if it happens or not.

its not the RS split that caused the free fall but the ill timed Offering.
The guys running Raya are either totally incompetent or they have a Master plan that they asre following but for now that master plan does not include any thoughts about shareholders

Can t figure out the strategy. If they had released
some news today rather than an offering the stock was going to be well over $10 so
the offering of 410 MIL would have required 1 million shares.
Now at around $4 they need to sell 2.5 million shares which will take a while to fill.
Seems like they don t want the share price to go up yet.

Will only drift lower going forward as we lead into the R/S.
Some nice action the last few weeks, but now it's over.

Not sure why you would think there is money to be made.  The hope was that there was too little suppofor the R/S for it to happen.
I guess they plan to do it anyway. Tomorrow will tell the tail.

So there is a reverse split occurring soon. Usually those are bearish for stock price. If RAYA is currently at .05 and it’s a 220-1 reverse split that puts the stock at $11 per share. I got to think once that occurs, the stock will fall back under $10 fast and eventually settle at $1 in less than a year. Not good
