The analysis was performed using the NeuroDex ExoSORT procedure, an immunoaffinity-based methodology that selectively isolates neuron-derived extracellular vesicles (NDEs). This approach enables measurement of neuron-derived TDP-43, providing a CNS-relevant signal that can be distinguished from TDP-43 released by non-neuronal cells and peripheral tissues. TDP-43 is the defining pathological hallmark of ALS, present in more than 97% of cases, and is widely recognized as a central driver of disease progression. Deal was supposed to close in Q1 but before deal could be closed Bain Capitol signed a purchase agreement with Mishubishi Teneba and it postponed the partner deal. Bain Capital and Mishubishi Deal closes in Q3 so now then after deal closes Mishubishi Teneba can complete the partnership with NRSN. Which means a deal should be signed soon.

Going on 8 months now and not a single proof of a partnership. Everyday that goes by the odds of the partnership finalizing sink dramatically. That's IF..there ever was one

I certainly don't buy into hyped up stocks like this one on ceos pie high head in the sky hopes and dreams. Alon Ben Noon may not outright lie but perpetual deception and unrealistic projections often hurt shareholders the most. He isn't being fair with his shareholders or the market by always pumping and stating opinions without giving proper factual guidance and factual analysis with those projections which is essentially unrestrained hype. The facts are and always will be Canada entry was a longshot and he knew this as well as the data is well documented. Dishonest ceos often resort to this behavior like posting on social media giving a false sense of accomplishment and reality whereas here the reality couldn't be more stark. A partnership that takes more than 5 months has only a 8% chance of success in bioworld and after 9 months the chances sink well below 3%. They are all out of money completely with no partnership and a canada approval that more than likely fell through. Unfortunately those are the realities here
