Bought at $0.41 last week, good run.

Checking in on the board—lot of noise about the Jan pump, but we need to look at the current April 2026 infrastructure. We aren’t trading a "meme" anymore; we are trading a Restructuring Work-Out.

Here is the objective blueprint of what’s actually happening behind the scenes:

1. The 81% Supermajority (The Survival Floor)
The March 10 Lock-Up Agreement is the most misunderstood 6-K this year. Securing 81% of noteholders on a $300M debt load is the "golden threshold." In restructuring terms, this means the big lenders would rather fix the building than foreclose. They aren’t suing; they’re talking. That removes the "Immediate Zero" risk, even if the price action feels heavy.

2. The PIK Toggle & Cash Preservation
The "small" improvement everyone should watch for in the final signatures isn't a principal cut—it’s a PIK (Payment-in-Kind) option. If Murano flips that 11% interest to a PIK toggle, it preserves $33M/year in cash. For a company with a market cap sitting under $40M, that is a massive fundamental lever to finish the 616-room Dreams Grand Island phase.

3. The "Multiplier" vs. The "Dilution Machine"
We have a tiny 1.35M float. That is a tinderbox.

The Bull Case: A 15% jump in BTC triggers a "Multiplier Effect" where the small float causes a 40%+ squeeze, pushing us back toward $1.00 Nasdaq compliance without a reverse split.

The Bear Case: The $500M SEPA is a dilution machine at these sub-$0.50 levels. Every draw to buy BTC or finish construction floods the market. We need a "Structural Lift" in price to make the SEPA efficient again.

4. Technical Line in the Sand
Stop watching the Jan highs for a minute and watch the 20-day Moving Average (~$0.56). We’ve been pinned under it for weeks. A daily close above $0.56 on volume over 1M shares is the "flare" that will trigger the shorts (who are paying 300%+ to borrow) to cover.

Bottom Line: MRNO is a "site under a stay-of-execution." The institutional foundation (King & Spalding/Hyatt) is solid, but the financial scaffolding is shaky. I’m watching for the May Quarterly to see the final debt-swap terms. If the PIK is in, the "bedrock" is likely in.
