The Company is unable, without unreasonable effort and expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended October 31, 2008 on a timely basis due to delays in completing the financial statements required to be included in the Form 10-Q. The Company anticipates that it will file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q within the period provided by Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
