NEW YORK, Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Liquidity
Services Inc. (NASD:LQDT) will replace The South Financial Group
Inc. (NASD:TSFG) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close
of trading on Thursday, September 30.
The South Financial Group is being acquired by S&P Global
1200 constituent The Toronto-Dominion Bank (TSX/NYSE:TD) in a deal
expected to close on or about that date, pending final
approvals.

Liquidity Services, Inc. operates an online auction marketplace
