Brand Marvel Worldwide Consumer Products Corporation Update

Brand Marvel Worldwide Consumer Products Corporation (the "Company") (TSXV symbol: BMW) is pleased to provide updates of the Company on the following areas:

1. New Distribution Contract

The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Beijing Marvel Cleansing Supplies Co. Ltd. ("BMC"), signed a product distribution contract for RMB20,000,000 (approximately C$3.33 million) with one of the largest state-owned distributors in Beijing for distribution of around 45 retail items, including different types of wet wipes and liquid laundry detergents under the "Snowtree" and "Dreamboat" brand names, within the area of Beijing.

"This distribution contract will spread out our products throughout Beijing and at the same time will substantially increase our sales revenue", said Liao Yongliang, President of the Company. "This contract is an endorsement to our first wave of introduction of our new products to the distributors and large retail chains as mentioned in our last press release dated May 21, 2013. We are confident that our sales revenue will further increase when our other new products are introduced to the market later this year."

2. Additional New Products for the Chinese Retail Market

After the first wave of launching of our new wet wipes and liquid laundry detergents under the brand name "Snowtree" and "Dreamboat", BMC will start to launch the second wave of new products, which are different types of bio-degradable liquid cleansing products under the brand name of "Dreamboat", this July to the distributors and large retail chains. These products are made from the concentrates imported from Canada and are environment friendly with high safety standards.

Upon completion of second wave of launching our new bio-degradable liquid cleansing products, we will initiate the third wave of launching our new plant-based natural cleansing products.

3. New Virtual Stores

The Company recently signed a contract to open up a virtual store at the Tmall.com, which is a Chinese-language website for business-to-consumer ("B2C") online retail operated in China by Alibaba Group. It is a platform for local Chinese and international businesses to sell quality, brand name goods to consumers in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. The Chinese pronunciation of Tmall, Tian Mao, literally means "sky cat".

Tmall.com currently features more than 70,000 international and Chinese brands from more than 50,000 merchants and serves more than 180 million buyers. Tmall.com ranked number one among all Chinese B2C retail websites for 2010 in terms of transaction volume, with a gross merchandise volume of RMB30 billion and accounts for a 47.6% share of the B2C online retail market in China.

The virtual store (http://yifanjjry.tmall.com) at Tmall.com is now under construction and will open for business on July 1, 2013.

The Company also opened up a virtual store (http://usmarvel.cn.alibaba.com/) at the Alibaba.com, which is a Chinese-language website for business-to-business ("B2B") online wholesale operated in China by Alibaba Group. This virtual store is now in operation.

"Our products are now exposed, marketed and sold to business and retail consumers on a daily basis through our virtual stores", said Liao Yongliang, President of the Company. "Both brand awareness and sales revenue of our products will substantially increase through widening of the retail market coverage in China, the appearance of our products at virtual stores and diversification in the number and types of our products to meet various types of demands from the market."

An exchange rate of one Canadian dollar to 6.0024 RMB is used for the currency conversion.
