Past week decent volume, upward momentum. Anyone know what is driving this? No news that I can find but someone(s) know something.

And now we trade in the dollars!

I think that people selling for less than $1 are going to wish they didn't.

It seems like we finally got a bump in revenue and some interest in supporting the value. Hopefully good things to come!

Seems pretty solid
Not only does it seem to march up all the time it is running at some pretty solid numbers. A lot of "Strong Buy" ratings.... of course I have no idea if this 112-employee Chinese Drug company even exists or not...

Anyone know why the sudden interest in this?

I wish I knew what was going on with this. Company releases very little information that isn't in its quarterly or annual reports. The last bit of info we got was that the company was allocating shares to its employees.

Report issued

A decent report. +135.4k in net income less a large amount for currency translation loss. Better than the -288k from last quarter.

Nobody interested. Would be nice to see a press release from this company from time to time.

27M in cash still on the books. The cash value of the company is .44 a share. Would like to see them do something productive with this capital to get the EPS up.

RE: Stock Price

I kind of forgot I had an order in for 5k shares at .15 from almost 3 months ago. It executed on 4/4 so I guess I did buy some more.

Stock Price

Unfortunately I can't PM people currently so I am responding to some PM's I received regarding stock price.

The price seems to be bouncing around between $.02 and $.95. Trading is sporadic in time and in volume. I think until we get additional parties interested in the stock, it is difficult to tell what the actual trading price is our fair value should be.

Based on the last report, they had almost .60 a share as net asset value with most of it cash. They only lost 300k in the last quarter and they have plenty of cash to cover this and plenty of time to get to profitability. I would think that one would be able to sell their stock at $.60+ if one wanted to sell. I think the reason the price just went to $.02 was because there was nobody interested in buying but someone decided to get out of the stock regardless of the price. Not sure why someone would sell at .02 when not so long ago, someone was able to sell 10k shares at $.95 and there was no new information released between these transactions. I would probably pick up a few more shares if I didn't already have plenty of this.

$CHHE .03 EARLY ALERT

Yup !! Managed to get out at a buck on Dec 6 ('cause I had a GTC order for that amount that I figured was a pipe dream :)and I had forgotten about it !) You youngsters can hang on but us old guys haven't got the fortitude anymore.

Overall a 7 year break even unless you place a value on the angst, aggravation and pure bullshit of the whole process in which case I figure to have lost $100,000. Good luck to all and Merry Christmas !!!!

Going dark?

So looks like the company is going dark. Not sure if it is because they see no value in being a publicly reporting company or if it is because they can't get a reputable accounting firm to certify their annual numbers. I personally think it is because of the latter. If we believe any of the last few years of quarterly reports it isn't because they aren't making money.

Thanks to whoever filled me at .30. Less than 1x earnings. Annual report will be out at end of month. It would be nice if the company hinted at what they plan to do with all the money they are sitting on. It would be nice if they bought a US company to give them a US presence and bring interest to the company.

Below this, the company can buy itself back with cash on hand. It doesn't make sense for this to be trading at such a low value.

Stock buy

I put a 3k share buy order out for .51 a share. Someone immediately sold me 1k shares to knock me off the bid, (2500 shares at .51 is needed to hold the bid) so the current buyer at .4428 got the bid back. Seems a little bit manipulative....
