Singapore Fund, Inc. (the "Fund") (NYSE: SGF) held its Annual
Meeting of Stockholders (the "Meeting") on June 21, 2017. At the Meeting, shareholders
of the Fund voted to re-elect two Class I Directors to the Board of
Directors.
As of the record date, April 28,
2017, there were 7,418,948 outstanding shares of the
Fund. 80.41% of the outstanding shares were voted at the
Meeting representing a quorum.
