(the “Company”) held its annual stockholder meeting on January 13, 2025, at which stockholders voted to authorize the Company’s Board of Directors to effect a reverse stock split of the outstanding shares of common stock within one (1) year of January 13, 2025, at a specific ratio within a range of one-for-ten (1-for-10) to a maximum of a one-for-two hundred fifty (1-for-250) and to amend the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation, as amended, to increase the number of authorized common stock from 100,000,000 to 800,000,000 shares.



On January 14, 2025, the Company’s Board of Directors determined to effect the reverse stock split of the common stock at a 1-for-200 ratio (the “Reverse Split”) and approved the filing of a Certificate of Amendment (the “Certificate of Amendment”) to the Certificate of Incorporation, as amended, of the Company to effect the Reverse Split and to increase the Company’s authorized shares of common stock from 100,000,000 to 800,000,000.



On January 14, 2025, the Certificate of Amendment to effect the Reverse Split and increase the authorized shares of common stock, was filed with the Secretary of State of Delaware.



The reverse stock split has not yet taken effect in the public markets.

I'm pretty sure Rime has had 2 public offerings of common stock recently! 1 for 55 mill at .17 and another at .o85 for 24 million. If that's the case float should be close to maxed out. Before you type a judgemental response to what I had mentioned, think! The OS shows there are only 14 million shares available for the public to trade with! There was 700 million shares traded yesterday alone mostly above .25 and even if the whole authorized share count of 100 million were sold into the market that would still amount to 7x in volume! So, if most everyone owns their shares higher than .20 or even .25 for that matter then what is it sitting down under .20 for today? It is what the hedge funds do. They sell shares into the market through naked shorting that they don't own to cause the price to drop below what everyone paid for their shares yesterday, so that when people sell their shares at a loss it's to the naked shorting hedge funds gain as they buy the shares for much lower than they sold them into the market for! Once it hit .33 yesterday the hedge funds went to work and decimated the share price through naked shorting. And here today with the share price underneath the price of every share that was purchased yesterday proves that to be fact! There isn't any bad news that came out about the company to cause the price to fall under the low yesterday is there? NOPE!

Flipped the float over 15x today alone!! Think about that!! 15x,, there's definitely Alot of Naked Shorting!! 

Ok. Someone needs to explain things to you. It was 8 cents just 3 trading days ago. Today, it closed at 22.7 cents. That's a 14.7 cent increase representing 183%.

I don't know after reviewing the 1.1 billion share volume day on the 17th of December and how the SP only went from .08 to .10 in 2 days of trading during that time. It appears that the share price is being manipulated big time because usually when there is over a billion shares in volume a share price normally runs 100's of a percent not 25%. So, just like on the 17th of last month we have another massive share volume day and look at the small percentage increase in our SP. What gives? It really doesn't make any sense. I wish I had a job at the market makers or had a friend that did who could look into what is happening from the inside, so I can understand how this is even possible. Our SP is currently sitting underneath 98% of all of the shares purchased today at higher prices and most at much higher prices!

$RIME ~Time to short squeeze the hedge funds making them have to buy back the naked shorted shares they sold into the market and make this baby run! Hopefully this rises back into the .30's in after hours trading giving it a nice positive feeling going into tomorrow's trading! The RSI is only at 70 so the upside potential with the massive volume today is still big especially with a short squeeze taking affect!

Even with all of that that you mention, there has still been over a half of a billion shares that traded over .20, so why has our SP dipped under .20? It has the appearance of naked shorting by the hedge funds because 10x every share in the 14 million OS is owned above .25 right now, minus the few investors who bought cheaper that are holding their positions still. The hedge funds probably shorted the stock from the .60 range three months ago down to the dime range this past week and they are doing it again because it ran too fast for them to buy their naked shares back, so they are naked shorting the stock more to manipulate the share price down for people to sell into their greedy hands. Never have I seen this much volume in a security with such a small amount of shares that the public can trade with and it is at the low of the day after 600 million shares traded in the first few hours of the day. It makes no sense at all unless it's being naked shorted which is the only plausible reason! With the amount of volume we should be trading above a dollar a share right now, not in the low .20's!

How are there any shares left to sell underneath .25? This makes no sense! With the massive volume today our SP be above a dollar right now not in the low .20's! What gives? $RIME ~Over a billion shares traded in mid December in one day around .10 to .12 and today we're on track for another billion share day which should no doubt make our SP rise much higher than a measly quarter especially with RIME exhibiting their new technologies at the CES and the fact that there are only 14 million Outstanding Shares. Our SP was trading near .60 in October.
