African insurance group gets sorted with Invu and Morning Data

Strategic deal gives developing African sector document management edge

Leading document management firm Invu, and Morning Data, the insurance software supplier, have announced a partnership deal to provide
software solutions for the National Insurance Corporation of Eritrea (NICE). The agreement will see Invu's market leading Series 6
Electronic Document Management software integrated into Morning Data's software package for NICE, providing a full document indexing and
retrieval solution for the insurance firm.

The Invu solution will replace the existing manual, paper based indexing system at NICE, increasing efficiency and profitability for the
firm through reduced man-hours spent on document management, allowing staff to spend time on other tasks. The retrieval capabilities of
Series 6 will also give NICE unrivalled access to all documents on its system at the click of a button, thereby speeding up the processing
and finding of forms for claims and general administration.

Series 6 is Invu's latest offering and was developed specifically in consultation with end-users. It utilises an MS Office style
interface to ensure customers require minimal training. Series 6 will work alongside existing legacy systems and has already been
accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

Kirstin Duffield, MD, Morning Data said:

"We are delighted to be announcing this partnership with Invu, for NICE. As the sole insurance provider in Eritrea, NICE provides
policies across a wide range of insurance sectors from Motor and Livestock to Bonds, Aviation and Marine - thereby creating a host of
different and complex storage problems. The use of Invu's software will make a massive difference to the day-to-day running of NICE's
operations and opens up doors on profitability and efficiency that will help the firm's development enormously.

"NICE and Morning Data already work together as the firm uses our HELIX product for Insurance Companies to produce a range of documents,
from pro-forma schedules and policies to debit notes and certificates. The company's increasing use of software, typified by this
announcement, puts them in excellent stead for continuing their growth in the maturing insurance market in Africa."

John Halestrap, Sales and Marketing Director, Invu commented:

"The insurance sector is a growing market for Invu as more stringent legislation requires a more sophisticated approach to document
filing and storage. We're very pleased that Morning Data selected Series 6 to help drive their work in this area and we are sure that NICE
will soon see the excellent advantages that our software can bring to their company."
