The Company announces
that:
(i) Lucy
Birch, a person closely associated (PCA) with Pete Birch, the Chief
Financial Officer and a person discharging managerial
responsibility (PDMR) in
the Company, sold 6,500 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the
Company (Ordinary Shares)
via her AJ Bell dealing account for £3.8668 per Ordinary Share on
24 May 2024. Following the transaction, the number of Ordinary
Shares in which Pete Birch has an interest is 31,057 Ordinary
Shares, which represents approximately 0.008% of the issued share
capital.
(ii) Michael
Summersgill, the Chief Executive Officer and a PDMR in the Company,
sold 81,000 Ordinary Shares for £3.878256 per Ordinary Share on 24
May 2024 and a further 119,000 Ordinary Shares for £3.930652 per
Ordinary Share on 28 May 2024 via his AJ Bell dealing
account.
(iii) Lucy
Summersgill, a PCA with Michael Summersgill, the Chief Executive
Officer and a PDMR in the Company, sold 5,000 Ordinary Shares via
her AJ Bell dealing account for £3.878256 per Ordinary Share on 24
May 2024. Following the transactions listed at (ii) and (iii), the
number of Ordinary Shares in which Michael Summersgill has an
interest is 1,043,960 Ordinary Shares, which represents
approximately 0.253% of the issued share capital.
