OCX.Weekly futures have been designed in consultation with market participants to provide the ability to use the synthetic stock loan and financing features of single stock futures and the related Exchange Futures for Physical ("EFP") transaction over a shorter term than monthly single stock futures currently allow. The futures are scheduled to start trading on January 15 and will expire on January 22, 2010. The next OCX.Weekly futures will begin trading on January 22 and will expire on January 29, 2010 and so on. David G.
