Volaris is a Mexico City-based provider of air transportation
services for passengers, cargo, and mail in Mexico and
internationally. The Complaint alleges that the Company’s
Registration Statement filed in connection with its IPO failed to
disclose certain material events, including financial effects
resulting from a change in the Company’s airline reservation system
and an expansion of competition in the Tijuana and Guadalajara,
Mexico markets, which was having an adverse effect on the Company’s
revenues and profit margins at the time of the IPO. As a result,
the financial information reported in the Registration Statement
was not indicative of Volaris’s future operating results. Investors
who purchased Volaris shares suffered damages after the Company’s
shares sharply declined in value shortly after the IPO.

the Court no later than April 27, 2015, to serve as lead plaintiff,
if you meet certain legal requirements. To be a member of the Class
