(2)	Shares owned by a trust of which the Reporting Person is the sole beneficiary and the Reporting Person's spouse is the trustee.
(3)	The Restricted Stock Units fully vested on June 8, 2021. The amount above includes 173 additional Restricted Stock Units acquired related to dividend reinvestment rights.
