On September 30, 2014, Starz (the “Company”), issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing it will release its third quarter earnings on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 1:00 PM ET. Chris Albrecht, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, will host the call. During the call, Mr. Albrecht will discuss the Company’s financial performance and may discuss future opportunities.

STARZ ANNOUNCES THIRD QUARTER 2014 EARNINGS RELEASE AND CONFERENCE CALL
Englewood, Colo. - September 30, 2014 - Starz (NASDAQ: STRZA, STRZB) and Chief Executive Officer, Chris Albrecht, will host a conference call to discuss results for the third quarter of 2014, on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 1:00 PM ET. During the call, Mr. Albrecht will discuss the company's financial performance and may discuss future opportunities.
