Explanation of Responses:

(1)

On April 11, 2022, the Reporting Person filed a Form 3 reporting direct ownership of 29,737,600 shares of common stock. On October 12, 2021, the Reporting Person was issued an additional 862,843 shares of common stock pursuant to the Stock Acquisition Agreement between the Issuer and GetCharged, Inc. dated September 25, 2020 and amended on October 9, 2020. These additional 862,843 shares of common stock were erroneously omitted from the Reporting Person's original Form 3, and also were erroneously omitted from Forms 4 filed by the Reporting Person after his original Form 3 was filed.
