On July 28, 2010, Central Jersey Bancorp (“Bancorp”), the parent company of Central Jersey Bank, N.A., issued a press release announcing its consolidated financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2010. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
