On October 16, 2007, Boardwalk Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release discussing the Company’s third quarter results. The press release, attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is being furnished to the SEC and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for any purpose.

On October 16, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors had declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per share, payable on November 5, 2007 to shareholders of record on October 26, 2007. The press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 hereto, is incorporated herein by reference.
