Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions
of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and
their Closely Associated Persons
On 14 June 2024 Peter Dickinson was
granted 681,166 options over Ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in
the Company under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan
("LTIP").
The performance conditions attaching
to the LTIP are Revenue, EPS and ROIC forming the 'hard'
performance measures, and ESG and leverage being 'soft'
underpins.
The attached notification, made in accordance with the requirements
of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, gives further detail.
