                               Additional Listing


Further to the Recommended Cash Offer for the Company announced on 7 September
2007, the Company announces that it has today applied for the Admission to AIM
("Admission") of 200,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of
the Company. The shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants by
a warrant holder and have been issued at a price of 7.5 pence per share.


The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's
existing ordinary shares.  It is expected that Admission of the new ordinary
shares will become effective on or around 26 September 2007.
