Martin Thomas acquired through the market 565 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 1,104.35 pence per Ordinary Share on 5/28/2024. Following this purchase, Mr. Thomas is now interested in 112,815 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.238% of the Company's issued share capital.
