U.S.$500,000,000 4.000 per cent. Notes due 2049 (the Final Terms)
under Abu Dhabi National Energy Company PJSC's U.S.$9,000,000,000
Global Medium Term Note Programme is available for viewing.
The Final Terms referred to above must be read in conjunction
with the prospectus dated 25 September 2019 (the Prospectus), which
constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU)
2017/1129.
