MIAMI, July 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pacer Health Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: INFE - News), a Miami-based owner-operator of assisted living and residential care facilities, announced today that it has selected Edelman as its public relations agency of record for nationwide media and investor relations.

As part of the one-year agreement, Edelman also will manage Pacer Health's overall corporate communications initiatives, including local-market community relations, and will develop initiatives to strengthen Pacer Health's positive positioning among key audiences in the medical community.
