Will October be ANOTHER month of wait???

Can, I do believe GTCH puts quite an effort into protecting their patents. Impressed with Rittman. Did plenty of DD over the years. But, as I have previously stated, I had previously bought into companies that have promising patents only to be walloped by delay after delay until competitors closed the doors. Delay in IMPLEMENTING TECH is a killer for small outfits. Without REAL substantive notification by the management that they continue to be 'cutting edge' leaves me a bit hollow. The long wait to hear anything substantive from GTCH is VERY bothersome to me.

GTCH Bucks ,,, don't sweat it ,, there are probably another 20 companies doing the same,,, GBT stated they were patenting everything they could to make sure nothing could come in the back door and closing all loops,,, Do some research on RITTMAN and see he has been working on this over 20 years,, they keep on doing continuations on existing patents to better improve them ,, I will throw a few posts up over the weekend with some history on the patents and look up if any thing new has been issued,, I have been to busy and distracted from this stock latley but will make some time and see what i can dig up GLTA

Great explanation and background DD! Thank you! It seems implausible that GBT would miss out on all of its opportunities to contribute to the chip design world. IMO, this is especially true for the Magic2 IP.

For an IP company, you need to patent every new possible direction you can think of for these chips. Thats how you trap the big guys. If you just have one set, they’ll work around it, IMO gbt may have something good. (As they say)
But is it the best?
These big guys got lots of money for R&D.
So it makes it easier to find different methods for advancement

Obvious that 'leader' is key. So much $$ to be made for those that cross the finish line. Competition is broadly based. Still not sure GTCH is among the "real" contenders.

GTCH BUCKS,,, MAGIC has been in the works for more than several years but all patents are not complete when I last checked ,, following article from JUNE of last year .
With the ever-increasing global demand for microchips and the high level of competition in the space, firms must continue to innovate in electronic design automation (EDA) to pioneer new ways to streamline the design and manufacturing process. GBT Technologies Inc. (OTC PINK:GTCH) for instance, recently announced Magic2, the internal project name for its AI driven EDA software suite, which aims to help engineers speed up time consuming task work during the integrated circuits (IC) design phase. Mansour Khatib, CEO of GBT, explained in the press release:

“It sounds technical because it is, but simply spoken, Magic2 is a suite of individual EDA tools which we believe can potentially save 1000’s and 1000’s hours of engineering time, speeding up the microchip design process and at the same time building better, faster, greener, cheaper, and more reliable microchips.”

A report published by Research and Markets finds that the global market for EDA Tools is projected to grow from $13.1 billion USD in 2022 to $30.1 billion by 2030, registering a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11 percent in the forecast period 2022-30.

Investorideas.com recently spoke to Danny Rittman, CTO of GBT Technologies Inc., who explained Magic2 and its potential significance against the backdrop of the current chip market.

“The Magic2 EDA tool suite is a package of software patents and IP that we developed, particularly for creating the next generation of microchips,” Rittman said. “As you know, microchips are becoming more complex, so designing, verifying and manufacturing [them], even though we may take them for granted with their being in phones, computers etc., is becoming harder for engineers. So, we provide technology and IP to ease the design of these chips and to increase and advance productivity.”

Concurrent with Magic2’s announcement was news that Epsilon, GBT’s Reliability Verification (RV) Software tool for real-time analysis and Auto-Correct of integrated Circuits Reliability issues, has received patent approval. Epsilon is also one of the eight announced tools that comprise the Magic2 suite. Rittman described how Epsilon aids and assists in the design process.

“Epsilon is targeting the electrical side of the chip,” he said. “Every chip has to obey some electrical constraints, such as the amount of current running in the wires and how much it’s going to heat. All of these factors affect the chip’s performance, how fast it can be, its lifespan, etc. This is an area we call reliability verification (RV) and Epsilon is an RV tool that measures in real time the reliability of a chip during the design phase. So, if an engineer is designing a chip, very quickly he or she can judge a wire on the screen and if the wire doesn’t pass – say it’s too thin for a current – it will be highlighted in red, similar to how word processors will highlight a typo.”

Another tool in the Magic2 suite is Sigma, which according to the press release is involved in the “Automatic Correction of IC Layout Blocks.”

“The Sigma patent that was granted basically handles connectivity,” Rittman said. “When a designer designs a chip, the electrical components need to be connected in a certain way to function as a circuit. If these components are not connected correctly, the circuit will not function.”

“The Sigma automatically checks the connectivity, finds any faulty connection, erases it and reconnects it in the right way. That’s a big and significant productivity enhancement for EDA. For instance, a chip that typically takes a year to design by a team of, let’s say, 100 engineers you could design the same chip in eight months if you use this type of automation.”

Another firm employing artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for EDA is Synopsis, Inc. (NasdaqGS:SNPS). At its Synopsys Users Group (SNUG) Silicon Valley Conference recently, the firm announced the launch of Synopsys.ai, described as “a suite of AI-driven solutions for the design, verification, testing and manufacturing of the most advanced digital and analog chips. ”The press release boasts that Synopsis.ai enables engineers to “use AI at every stage of

chip design, from system architecture to design and manufacturing, and access the solutions in the cloud.” Shankar Krishnamoorthy, GM of Synopsys EDA Group, said:

“Increased complexity, engineering resource constraints and tighter delivery windows were challenges crying out for a full AI-driven EDA software stack from architectural exploration to design and manufacturing – and we’ve delivered it. With Synopsys.ai solutions, our customers’ ability to search design solution spaces across multiple domains is in hyperdrive. They’re finding optimal results far faster as the ai learns run-to-run, and it’s transforming their ability to meet and beat tough design and productivity targets.

GBT, CEO Mansour Khatib commented on the company’s plans moving forward in the EDA space:

“With all the positive industry feedback, GBT will continue to focus on expanding the family of its various EDA patents and concentrating on strategic potential partnerships with the goal of integrating these technologies into a broad marketplace, diversifying the risk within all these areas, and increasing shareholder value of that portfolio.”

With regard to Magic2, Rittman highlighted the significance of chips leveraging AI in enhancing their efficacy.

“AI Chips specifically provide for heavy computing power and processing of big data, and making them faster, better, more reliable, and less heat (contributing to a more green world from consuming less current) will make for a better world, environment, and for our society,” he said.

How long has the "Magic 2" been in the loop. Can't recall when introduced in the realm of GTCH.

IMO, dated. I believe the SW suite is completed. Open to interpretation though because if it is 'old', why has it not been revised to say all of the suite package completed?? Thus... go either way. If newly added, that means SHs wait for some more patents/updates.

The 'guessing game' should NOT be playing at this stage. SH's should know 'how it is right now'.!!

Man wouldn't that be something? I still think we have a very good shot here - buying 1s has huge upside. That's an obvious statement, but the patents are still dangling out there, waiting to be swept up/partnered with.

Big money is on its way.

I agree with you, new hope in town, they are taking a different direction, and I like that.

Why would they infer it in the FB post otherwise, Time for a SH update GTCH! Looks more and more like they are going to remain GTCH and do their own operations. GOOD! Then existing SHs will get to see if their patents cut the mustard as they continue to insist....PPS will rise accordingly???? .... starting soon? Hell, .0002 would look pretty impressive right now!

80 percent of the world's population is ignorant of their surroundings, I am not one of them, the company will do great, watch and see, GTCH has got to get the bad people out of the way first and that does take time.

I can no longer abide in a belief that ignorance is bliss!

Their website is fabulously delineated providing access to all sorts of technology THEY can envision having a part in. For the novice in this arena, the points of interest provided at the site can REALLY blow your mind.

How many of those ones can I buy!!! Wrong question. Why can I buy a share of GTCH for $.0001 is the question NO MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT can explain that or provide a definitive answer as to how high can that pps go?

Until we can get answers to those two questions, consider what you read on the Website to be NOTHING but HYPE....which, by the way, no REAL business out there is known to have come forward and put THEIR money down.

When I read their points of interest on the website, I simply implying that they are talking about what OTHER COMPANIES are going to do in the future...and GTCH can only HOPE to play some role in it.

Yes PH. In that case, the existing contract (if there really is a legal one with signatures...) provides for 'shares' to compensate GTCH (through Tokenize as I understand it now) via the shares AVAI bought the patent rights with.

The more I think about the GTCH "mess" the more I think that GTCH will have to "operate" via its 'share' of gold from Tokenize selling the rights of MORE of the remaining patents AND whatever little endeavor they actually create under the banner of GTCH (GTCH retains the right to use any or all of the patents that remain OR the ones Tokenize sells off (like that AVAI or BNIX contract).

Even though the idea of "$BILLIONS$", IN REV ENUE gets tossed around, it is likely that MANY months will pass before ANY revenue hits GTCH's bottom line.

I can only hope to be around when it happens.

MSG... Don't know what to think anymore. When it all started, so much potential. I believe the patents are sound. Then 2024, nothing. Not any substantive sound. FB posts seem to reflect management's desire to let its SHs know the potential is still there. They seem to want to make big $$ but are unable to. Things are NOT going their way, IMO. The REAL world of business has turned a blind eye to their efforts. I really do not know if their dreams they insist can be realized are NOT bringing in ANY investment $$. They can only exist on dilution for so long, then business investment $$ has to take its place. Evident, to me at least, it hasn't. GTCH has made a management mess so bad, a reputable company is no where to be seen in taking on the mess they created. Doesn't bode well for SHs I am afraid.

It's a very strange site on Facebook. Remember the post saying they were going to have a webinar, but they didn't give a link, date or time of this webinar? Nothing ever happened. Now they just post about various technologies from the past. Maybe they're just fishing, hoping some company takes the bait and inquires about one of the patents. It's hard to know exactly what they're thinking.

No question about it. Then your smartphone WON'T correct a word that makes no sense and it stays up there. It's probably best to just shut off your autocorrect, even though it can save you some time by just tapping on the word it anticipates you typing.
