Intesa Sanpaolo SpA (ISP.MI) will take 10.7% of voting rights in Camfin, the holding company that owns more than 10% of tire maker Pirelli & C. SpA (PIRC.MI).

The Italian bank will underwrite a reserved capital increase of 40 million euros ($45.5 million) and will have the right to nominate a board member, Camfin said Thursday.
