opposition to a motion for preliminary injunctive relief brought by
SanDisk LLC (SanDisk), a subsidiary of Western Digital Corporation
(Western Digital; NASDAQ: WDC), as publicly filed with the court,

The hearing on the preliminary injunction motion is currently
