Mexican Peso Trades At 6-day High Versus U.S. Dollar

The Mexican Peso traded higher against the U.S. dollar in the
European session on Monday, as sentiment lifted up on positive
global cues following Macron victory in the first round of
Presidential election in France.
With the centrist Macron and far-right leader Marine Le Pen
going into the second round of the presidential election on May 7,
in accordance with opinion polls, worries over a breakup in the
Eurozone have receded.
The Peso firmed to a 6-day high of 18.47 against the greenback,
compared to last week's closing value of 18.79. The next possible
resistance for the Peso is seen around the 17.00 region.
