NEW YORK, Oct. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today lists the units of NRDC Acquisition Corp. under the
ticker symbol NAQ.U. The offering size is 36M units at $10.00 per
unit for gross proceeds of $360M (excluding the underwriters'
over-allotment option). One unit equals one share of common stock
and one warrant. Initially, the units will be the only security
trading. The IPO's lead underwriter is Banc of America Securities
LLC. NRDC Acquisition Corp. is a recently organized special purpose
company formed to acquire one or more operating businesses through
a merger, capital stock exchange, stock purchase, asset acquisition
or similar business combination. The Company's efforts in
