Luckily I already took my loss earlier this year at .005 after years of being here waiting on a pump, from several different "companies". Massive MSTR gains made it easy.

I bought this as Telehealth company called voycare in 2020 with a 100mil OS...now look at it.

This was the last "company" I was going to give a shot and once Gabe repeatedly showed he is just here to sell shares I thankfully exited. He is by the worst operator of them all with his ridiculous dilution and this is guaranteed to go nowhere besides a reverse split.

And the unrestricted shares are a reasonable 1.4 bil. This could easily reach .00XX when the Company starts updating like they said they would last week.

That's what I'm thinking sincere they just upped their authorized shares from 2 billion to 5 billion yesterday.

If they follow the usual OTC "playbook", the tweets and PR's will come soon. Like you said, share structure not bad either. Hopefully that brings in the "Most Followed IHUB Posters and they take it to the teens ? Then we hope the Company DOESN'T dilute and it becomes one of the rare ones who stays the course. Time will tell. GLTA

unreliable but still chance to be a real business...AS almost maxed but SS not changed in a while and relatively low, thus market cap small...i hold 20M bought at 0003 and 0002 and will hold for the big run should it come...I also have another 20M on the bid at 0001. I don't trust this one so I wouldn't buy 0004s.

So now buy or hold or sell?

Update finally:

The irony of share price being hijacked with the destination of Havana coffee shops.

It appears their business plan is to open a chain or franchises of Havana coffee shops.

The only question is how much further dilution before the RS.

As usual the delay in filings (they announced by tweet that it would be completed the week of Sep 15th). But thats just what they do - eventually they file and that should come any day now. BUT will there be any revenue increases?

NAFS had an annual gross profit of 78k (last q 34K)...I need to see that increase as well as the SS stay stable...don't trust them at this point

Well….idiot me has been in this ticker since it was actually a frac sand entity. Like some abusive relationship that I haven’t left. Seen it through a bunch of iterations. Not feeling this coffee thing with retail outlets. Who is opening retail outlets now?!?! Might have to finally consider some tax loss harvesting.
